Peach Melba

I poached farmers' market (Cherry Hill Farms, at Union Square) yellow cling peaches in water, sugar, lemon peel and cinnamon. Cooled them. Whipped some cream. In lieu of raspberries, reduced a cupful of It until it was a syrup.

Peaches + Cream + Syrup = Yum
